一、公益揭弊者保護法於 114 年 7 月 22 日施行，以維護公共利益，有效發現、防止、追究重大不法行為，保障泛公部門揭弊者權益，並建立揭弊者友善文化，落實聯合國反貪腐公約，共創廉潔社會。
